Really happy for the guy. Always loved him here in Houston, even though he couldn't hit a lick. Sure seems like he fits the managerial mold.

    A member of the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame. Reminds me of a classic movie line, "How about this leaflet, Famous Jewish Sports Legends?"

    I'm happy for Ausmus, but that said... likeability doesn't necessarily equate to managerial ability.

    Since I had Lloyd McClendon at 9/2, I think it's a HORRIBLE hire!
