Lighting: 4 Jansjo 3W LED Lamps with vellum paper diffusers
Camera: FUJIFILM FinePix HS50EXR
Macro Lens: Panasonic DMW-LC55 (+2 Diopters) with step down ring
Subject distance: 35 cm
Aperture: f/5
Shutter: 1/400
ISO: ISO-100
Focal Length: 82mm (443mm 35mm equivalent)
White Balance: Manual

Not it's not an MS-67 1932-D, but I think it's a good picture of the subject available :-). Increasing aperture to f/5 decreased distortion, and the diffusers made the lighting easier to manage. And with the low-wattage lamps you things like small pieces of vellum paper stapled to itself around the head of the lamp and not worrying about it burning up, which is a good thing too image.
Philately will get you nowhere....

Looks like your sharpness is limited by diffraction, probably due to the add-on macro lens. If you downsize the image by 50%, it will get a lot sharper, plus it will be easier to view online. Publishing at the larger size ends up showing both defects in the image and defects in the coin more than you generally want. The larger size is way beyond the magnification range that most people use for grading. I usually recommend 800x800, though smaller coins might benefit from smaller images.
