Despite tens of thousands of complaints, their site is still hard to navigate. I don't even bother any more.

About once a month (sometimes every few months) I get a call or email from a Beckett representative telling me about grading specials. I talked with a rep about a month ago who said they will most likely be having a grading special in November or December. She was pretty certain about it, but didn't know exactly when.
