Signed Cards - Best Value?

Hello,

I am thinking about getting a couple dozen hand signed hockey cards authenticated by PSA. I am looking for any suggestions about the cheapest way to do this. Wait / turnaround time isn't a major factor.

Is the PSA/DNA monthly special @ $15 each the best? Still seems pricey.

If time isn't a factor, just watch the board and someone will usually do a "group sub" with special pricing
