My Cello Pack Run of my Willie's (2-New Packs Added) 1-1-13

I've been collecting unopened cello packs with Willie Stargell on top for little over a year now and these have all been self submitted packs. I have 2 more Willie's at PSA right now (1976 Topps & 1983 Fleer). I wanted to share my cello collection with the forum.

    Nice run and display, Bobby, well done!

    Although I've always been a Dodger fan, my favorite player growing up in LA in the '70s was Pops. One of my favorite memories was skipping school to go to Game 4 of the '74 LCS and seeing the Dodgers clinch against the Pirates. My favorite Dodger, Steve Garvey, homered twice and Stargell didn't disappoint either, hitting a bomb deep into the right field pavilion.

    Love the display, Bobby! That's a cool idea running them in sequence like that!

    Awesome. Hard to believe he's been gone for 12 years. He hit more home runs than any other player in the 70's.

    What's the "new plastic tag-out?" Very nice display.

    I'm working on the closet today - I had decided not to buy or post much until I got a handle on my collection - not doing too well - procrastination is my game!

    Mike the tag-out was distributed in 1960. It's kind of like Fat head of today.
