Seller is from Fulton, MD. It seems to be all US seller locations with good feedback these days.

I wonder why the fakers like this one go to the trouble of copying most of the label, but do not also copy the barcode?

Notice carefully how the corner stacking tabs on the genuine holder at Heritage are radiused, whereas the same feature on the holder of the eBay coin the tabs are sharply squared. Fake. Hijacked account. The owner of the account hasn't been active since May, with no indication of prior coin purchases or sales.

The listing for the current seller allegedly located in Bloomington, Indiana (using Heritage images) is another hijacked account. Seems that phishing/hacking for other eBay members sign-in passcode is a relatively easy process.
