i have a 73 card submission that has yet to pop. Called customer service and they said these orders have been taking anywhere between 50-60 business day on average to be completed.

Relatively common wait time for cc specials w/ 45 day service. I've sent in a lot of subs this year and about half of them have taken 3 calendar months from log to pop.

I set a new record for wait time for a 45-day order for me today. Shipped a small order of only 25 items on the July monthly special for 1956-current sometime early July, logged July 24, no pop yet as of November 4 . . .

Yes, you have set a record and just made me feel better about the several submissions that I am waiting on; I thought I had it bad.

Even better when you wait for 3 months only to have the order come back incorrect. Then it took another 3 weeks to get "1961" changed to "1968" on the flip.

Do they not make any attempt to keep packages in the order in which they came in? Like others, I have had three 45-day submissions pop within ten days of being logged, while some of you have been waiting since July or August.

I've got another order, '56 to current, 51 items, that logged on August 7 still pending, and that one feels like it just logged yesterday compared to one I have logged on 7/24 and waiting. The good thing about my 7/24 loggage still pending is that it makes me feel like my 8/7 logged order hasn't been nearly all that long to wait yet.

Ironically...or awesomely...my cards popped from the National. I'm overall very excited with the results.
All of the Garvey's my friend subbed for his PC. Some of my Trout's were huge hits for me!

When any of you emailed Costomer Service, is their response time pretty quick? Especially when it come to fixing errors in your submission.

I just called. I spoke with Stacey and she said that my email was received and that my order was put on hold. She said that I will get a response as to what they will do.
Hopefully, they rectify the situation.

I received my cards on Saturday...super fast delivery since I spoke with Customer Service on Thursday and they were willing to slab my '65 Clemente as AUTH/TRIMMED. They did not slab my '84 Dover Pub. Clemente Reprint though.
