I have a Magic Johnson and have been confused what to do with the thing. It is too valuable to display, and how in the world would any holder protect it?
I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!

I negotiated with the seller and ended up picking it up for my collection. There is no holder for it so I am going to send it in for slabbing for protection.

Never seen those before. That was a wrapper redemption back then? Those were always fun to collect and i thought I had a pretty good handle on all of them from back in that period.
I collect Steve Garvey, Dodgers and signed cards. Collector since 1978.

I had an oddball sized card for my collection that would not fit in a holder. I ended up deciding to make a custom plastic pouch from a comic book bag (acid free) and then taped the completely sealed card to a cut-down comic book board, keeping the plastic taught to prevent movement as much as possible.. Then did the usual cardboard sandwich w/ rubber bands. Currently at PSA pending a grade.

Edit: In this case because of the 3d, you'll have to get creative...
