E-Bay/Paypal Shipping Label Printing Problem!

Afternoon,
I have been using Paypal and E-Bay to print my shipping labels for going on three years now and am having a new issue that just started about -3 weeks ago. In E-bay after I pay for the label and click to print it a Pop Up of Pitney Bowes comes up and replaces the Box that would normally be the printing box. In the E-Bay situation there is an easy work around as you can just click to close the box and continue as normal.
In the Paypal Multi-Order shipping it is not as easy. After you Pay & Print and its starts opening all the windows, the window that opens up that has the three tabs Sample Tab/Sample tab II/Print label Tab is replaced with the same Pitney Bowes Pop-Up advertisement, the problem here is when you press the little X to close it , it does, but the printing window is never there. So you have no way to print the label you just paid for. Now a sort of work around was to go back to E-bay, look up an item in the order, and find the reprint shipping label and you were OK, even if its a major pain in the A$$.
So today I go to print a shipping label in Paypal Multi-ordering and everything is the same except I realized this was a Not E-Bay sale so I had nothing to go back to on E-Bay to get a Reprint option. So I couldn't print the Medium Flat Rate Box label I needed and had to void it in Paypal and go to the Post Office and pay for a label there.
I called Paypal and the first girl tells me its a Known Site issue and I'll have to talk to the commercial department, I get transferred. I speak to a useless clown who tells me I need to clear all my Cookies and Web Browser History. I don't argure, just agree (But knowing that if its a "Known Site Issue" that clearing my stuff isn't going to do anything) And it doesn't, window still pops up and I can't print that label.
Any of you Putor genius have any ideas, what other sites can I use and am I going to encounter the same problem?
Thanks
Neil

Go to usps.com and then hover over "Ship a Package". A menu will pop up. In the menu, click "Print a Label with Postage".
