Extent of staining psa will accept and still grade

Guys,
I was wondering if there is a limit to the amount of staining a card can have and still be graded with a ST qualifier. Here is the card in question.
Other than the big stain the card is actually not too bad, maybe a 6 or so. The stain goes all the way though to the back and is even raised a tiny bit in the front. Would this card get a grade ? Thanks in advance for your comments.

grade assessment on your Mays card, but I got to ask...... why grade it when it's
probably going to grade very low and not be worth much more than $10-15?
Even if it grades PSA 6 ST, grading it will not enhance the cards' value. The eye appeal is terrible
unless your into coffee stained cards.
however, that's just coffee right? maybe there's an acceptance line to be drawn for type and origin.
