I just checked my copy of the Wexler/Bordner/Allen book on early Lincoln Cent RPMs and your coin does not match anything listed. They have four RPMs for the date/mintmark- three to the north and a tilted RPM with split lower serifs. This doesn't rule out your coin being an RPM, it is just difficult to say anything given the images.

Looks like the Teletrade coin is one of the RPM north examples. Also note the primary mintmark location. The mintmark on your coin is farther north than the linked example.

this coin is driving me cross eyed because you can see the mark north in the new pics it is like there are 4 mint marks including the main one. frustration is upon me now I will just wait till I get my new camera set up. otherwise the coin has very nice toning lol......
