Error RPM? Need some help on this Lincoln cent 1930-D

So i found this coin and it looks just like a coin sold on TT I could use some opinions as to the chance that this is a RPM. Thank you in advance.

doh! date is in the title 1930.

some pictures make you go hmmm and others scream absoluely not. I'll wait for a more experienced person to reply.

thats my problem also it looks very close to the examples especially with the dimple around the D.
