1983 Topps Grocery Rack Case

I've been bidding on this case on ebay. I'm a big fan of 1983 topps unopened and have a difficult time finding cases. Never bought a grocery rack so I'm coming to the board for your opinions on this case / buyer. Any thoughts would be appreciated .

'Final Sale' stamps indicate this case was created from leftover racks returned to Topps (similar to X out wax boxes). I would bet there are far fewer stars/rookies showing than could be with a non-Final case and if people knew the sequences at the time....
