That was my first thought, as well, LOL...When I first saw "mini rack" I thought someone had hit the motherlode for actual mini racks. Then I realized it was just another homemade concoction. Notice the header card says 24 cards instead of 42, but if you're going to go to that extent, why not make the header card red at least?
Speaking of mini racks, the GAI graded one up for sale right now on ebay with Ryan on top is also NG, with several cards in wrong sections.

Tim, maybe all of the racks we own are fake. . and this is how 1975 racks really look?!
<< <i>And the sellers FB is mostly rack packs. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy about the hobby. >>
The racks he has been selling previously actually look fine, but not sure where in the world these come from.

<< <i>Did they make 24 card racks or are these fake? If so, then looks like someone is going to be screwed. >>
What does it mean "At least the astericks are in the right spots."
But I think if someone wins it for a buck, it is not a bad win. Especially if someone is looking for commons to start building a set. Otherwise it seems most know those are fake or something is wrong with them.

I think they're referring to the sheet (asterisk, star) codes on the back of the cards being in the correct panels.
Agreed, cheap enough these may still be worth it for decent grade commons.
