Sold a $500 coin to a best offer (Silver Eagle), buyer didn't like it because it's has light gold edge toning. Said he can't flip it quick with the toning. Told him to return and I'll refund money. Coin comes today, daughter picks it up at the post office. Buyer leaves negative feedback before I get home from work to make sure it's the same coin. Buyer kept sending emails asking for the money before the coin was returned. I was leery of it not being in the package.

Now I have to deal with eBay to see if they will remove the unjust feedback.

Wondering if eBay is worth it anymore.

I quit selling on ebay years ago when sellers could not leave negative feedback and never went back. They are much too greedy anyway.

you can place a comment on the negative feedback but I have been trying to have a neg comment removed for 2 months a customer from mylasia did not like the toning on a coin ($33.00) and went through PayPal to get a refund and lost the claim even sent doctored pics. ebay still wont remove it because they said customer was not satisfied. Oh and I just became a power seller yippy yaa yahoo!!!!

I suspect that you are going to find that eBay's definition of unjust feedback is different from yours.

Yep. It takes a lot of effort to get a neg removed even if the person who left the neg is 100% in the wrong. I just went through one of those ordeals myself.
