What Will This Peyton Manning 1998 Finest Grade? Opinions Requested

I bought this only seeing the front side. It appeared to be sharp and I intended to submit it to PSA for grading, targeting a 10. However, I got it today and it appears the top right edge has some "white" on it. The front looks sexy, but now I am concerned about the backside blemish. Any chances this would get a 10 as a result of the reverse side edge "chipping?" Anyone have experience with awesome front sides of cards and minor reverse side blemishes getting 10s? Note: any surface white colored particals on the card are from a poorly cleaned scanner. Meatloaf

I think a 10 is gem mint meaning flawless so I doubt it

Yeah, 9 because somewhere on the surface is most likely a blemish w or w/out the coating

Sub to Beckett. Better chance at a BGS 9.5 than a PSA 10.
