The coins he shows are genuine, albeit cleaned/polished- in the case of the Morgan/Peace dollar, but that is to mislead you into believing the fakes are high quality. The items received will be of such inferior quality so as to even disappoint the most avid collector of counterfeits.
I think the person was a female and she said she thought it was okay as long as everyone knew. I sent her the link to The Hobby and Protection Act and told her to read it carefully as the penalties are severe.
She wrote me back, thanking me, and ended the auctions.

well look at this reply to an email and the form of writing: hello sorry I had warning about that item and is removed,yes I can make order for gold coin they are like real and they are gold plated,with real gold,i don't have slabed coins.there was on listing any silver replica US or international,i'm so sorry.i have to check price for gold coins.maybe they are more expensive but I think is almost same.i can make order for 2.5,5,and 10 dollars gold coins.now is late little bit but will check price tomorrow morning if you are interested,thank you
Yesterday I had relatives in town, so we took a train into Downtown LA. While walking through Chinatown, there was an old guy sitting in front of a store with a blanket with items for sale. My wife pointed out that he had coins(she's good like that). So I took a quick glance at the coins as we walked by. He had Bust, Seated, Morgan and Peace Dollars. They were pretty obvious fakes just at a passing look, but smart guy that he was, he had a real Morgan dollar that he dropped on the ground several times so I could hear the ring. It got me thinking that I need to do a presentation at my coin club about counterfeit coins.
