You can NO LONGER view COMPLETED LISTINGS FOR SELLERS!!!!! All you can see is the title and price. You can't even see the listing number

Go try it yourself.

Well that sucks. But it wouldn't be the first time functionality disappeared only to return later. Let's hope.

Still works for me. Have to go to the left column and scroll down to Sold Listings.

I see. If you go to the seller's listings you can check the box on the left for "completed listings" or "sold listings" and get the links.

You used to be able to get this by going to the seller's feedback page. A nice, short summary. That is not working anymore.

    Yep, gone with the wind.

still works. You have to first select "view sellers other items" and then select "advanced" on the top right corner of the page. View of completed listings is for past 15 days. From there you can select to view each individual listing.

what has been removed by ebay is all information about the item when viewing feedback as a seller and as a buyer.

Another very annoying eBay change is after you make a purchase and go to "order details" you are given an ad trying to sell business cards

There use to be so much useful information available on the bay.

They have hid much of it.

    I like information.

  • too bad, they're making it less user friendly

Won't be long before the seller is 'anonymous' and their ID/feedback is a 'pay per-view' only.

It can take quite a few tries with ebay's messaging system to get each other email address.

Last time it took 6 or more emails back and forth before we figured each others email address out.

Ebay really wants to avoid outside sales. Paypal makes money off of most of those outside sales so ebay should just embrace it, IMO.

Looks like sellers will not be able to differentiate between serious coin buyers and those buying paperclips from each other for 1 cent to build feedback

All you have to do is create a "Me" page that appears with your listings, as eBay still permits sellers to include phone numbers, email addresses and physical location addresses on that page. I've used that method many times, and very successfully so.

Buyers are the losers with these changes. Buyers like to know if they are dealing with a coin guy or a grandma cleaning out the attic. Buyers also like to know if the item was purchased earlier by the seller and for how much - it helps in making best offer.

The lower your offers are, the lower eBay's Final Value Fee is.
