Doing another sub, very small 5 day. Had a voucher I felt like burning. Will update on the results and cards when they POP.

PSA accidentally damaged one of my cards during the last submission I sent. They called me and generously (meaning it was for much more than the card was worth) offered the voucher as compensation, I accepted. It was then sent to me in the mail along with my cards from the sub. Vouchers are used as a way to compensate customers when there has been some inconvenience.

The most common source of vouchers are cards that are not graded because of being deemed miscut, undersized, etc. Rather than refund the grading fee, vouchers are issued.

OK, then mine was probably a combination then. It was an N9 that was damaged.

POP! I'm pretty pleased with the Ace, figured it was a 9 or 10. Wasn't really sure what to expect with the Heads Up, although I knew it wouldn't get a high grade.

Received the cards back today. The Heads Up card is enormous in the holder.
