Hi guys,
So I just sent fifteen cards in for review and only received one bump, this card:
I'm not interested in selling it as it is a part of my registry set, but what do you think of its value? VCP has no info on 8.5's on this card, and since I know .5 grades don't fall .5 between a 9 and an 8 in realized prices, but what would people say? I say around $1200 or so. Too high? Too low???
Just pure speculation but not many cards have no previous sales data these days...

I'd say 25% over 8 pricing.

Just my opinion and recent thoughts on high end cards on ebay ....they are getting top dollar
for truely nice and centered examples.
VCP has a 8 worth about $500 and a 9 at least $3k+ so $1200 isn't out of line at all.

Thanks for your speculation. It bumped to an 8.5 from an 8. It is the type of card a lot of us who would rather not pay for 9's like. I'm glad that I'm not out of line in my thinking about value. It does seem that centered cards are selling for quite a premium these days. It's one of my favorite Clemente's.

Nice card. I believe 62's in real high grade are keepers. Gosh......I want to find a Mays that looks like that. I might be looking until the end of time///Frank Robinson is even worse.
