Eight days and nothing but silence

So I sometimes ebay some PSA/DNA 8x10's that I have. I receive an inquiry from baseball3211 asking what would be my best offer price if he bought two (I had three different poses listed). I told him what amount I would accept if he offered that amount on each item. He immediately does and I accept his offers. I invoice him within 10 minutes for the two pictures. Three days go by and I hear nothing from this buyer. I give him the benefit of the doubt and invoice him again as a second request. Another five days have passed (now 8 total) and I still have yet to hear a word from this guy. I have now filed a non paying buyer case for both items to reverse my ebay fees. Draw your own conclusions.

Doug ... I agree with the time you waited before opening a non-payer case. Although 8 days is probably too generous, I have my eBay account set to automatically open a case in 8 days.
