Counterfeit, albeit the weight is accurate.
Thought you would like to see one of these outside of a fake slab.

Identify the factors you take into consideration in making your determination it is a counterfeit.

No bagmarks, and the wear pattern is uniform, which doesn't happen in real life. Plus the font looks wrong.

The first U in UNUM is pretty hokey on the right side. Looks like a depression underneath.

the overall surface looks wrong also as compared to my other Morgans. It is very uneven and gives the appearance of being cast.

It is missing the main Pick up point that all 93-S Morgans have..

Surfaces look wrong; must be a cast counterfeit. All the numbers in the date look wrong too (they're too fat). "S" is to the left of the bow (real one would be well centered since it's not the tilted variety).

Some have pointed out attributes I hadn't even noticed (like the obverse denticles) and I've owned this coin for years!

now that I am looking more I would say the bevel of the bottom of the neck is wrong and that all the letters are missing that slight beveled edge. The rim it self is to thick also.
