What would you do....Grade? Authenticate? 1961 Spahn Auto Card

I have a 1961 Topps #200 Warren Spahn with a very nice autograph in blue Sharpie. Given my limited grading experience, I would call it a PSA 6 at worst with a shot at a 7. My question is, do I get it authenticated? Graded? Both? I know this isn't exactly a Ty Cobb autograph, so am I investing too much if I try to do all of that? Or throw it online as is and see what it does?

There are several slabbed ones on eBay for under $70. I'm not sure it's worth the $20 fee to grade it.
