Help on 70-D Jefferson PL Nickel

Is there anything written about the 70-D Jefferson nickels having a PL look to them or did I just find one from a new die? The coin is truly PL and the devices and portrait are lightly but easily noticeably frosted. The coin grades a 64 or 65 so it's not worth sending in, I just found it in my box of Jeffersons, paid a whopping 15 cents for it.

    Many Jefferson issues are like that sometimes. The 1958 comes to mind. They are beautiful coins and have great eye appeal. There is no designation as PL, only Full Step. If its a mark free coin it may grade higher due to a great look.
