Does this PSA case look tampered with?

Was looking for a nice 54 Topps PSA graded Willie Mays and came upon this card. Does the top left of the case look tampered under the PSA flip? Or am I seeing things...

I collect vintage PSA graded SF Giants, Willie Mays, McCovey, Cepeda, Marichal and Perry. And modern players like Buster Posey, Will Clark and Barry Bonds.

Looks consistant with "factory frosting", so I'd say it's probably OK, but PSA's crappy holder will ALWAYS elicit these sorts of questions.
