Do those holders have any premium? I may still have one lying around, but I know I cracked a clipped 1939-S cent out of one of those over a decade ago for my date set.

I don't think they have much of a premium...unless you get lucky and have a sucker like me who will be the only bidder with 1 second left on your auction to pony up $61 for a Morgan dollar worth $30
maybe one day far far away when The ALL MIGHTY Computers grade every coin...then there might be some interest for early plastic mixed with the human aspect!

There is one born every min there is a lot of min in a day a week a year and in a life time. You beat me to it.
I've got a couple of those. One I got from Ebay, the other was an old SeattleSlammer piece that I got via Broadstruck. I really like the holders. Nice pick up.
<< <i>That is an ANA slab, before anacs. Right guys? >>
Wrong. It's an early ANACS slab when it's name was an acronym for the ANA Certification Service. Later it was sold by the ANA to Amos Press (Coin World) and they kept the name but it was no longer an acronym.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

<< <i>Nice ... I like the early ANACS slab. But ... it's not an ANACS-"1". Remember that before ANACS slabs there were ANACS photo certificates. >>
I was referring to slab ANACS-1
<< <i>why do you "think"? >>
