Set Registry Cheaters

I recently noticed on one of the registries I am working on (Lou Brock Basic) that a new set entry has had a lot of additions, deletions and upgrades all within a 3 week period. Looking at this persons other registered sets, it appears that 2 other recently added sets of his are experiencing rapid growth and upgrades as well.
I am starting to get suspicious that this person is stealing Cert # from online auctions and using them in their sets to boost their ranking. While I have no proof that this person is indeed cheating the registry (and for the life of my, can't understand why they would even want to), the timing of these news sets and their fast accention seems suspect.
Any thoughts on this???

How long ago did Dave Cryer retire his set?
Donald Spence is most likely your answer.
collecting 1977 topps baseball in psa 9 and psa 10
If Spence is selling perhaps this guy is buying.
<< <i>I had a 76 msa disc psa 10 pop 1 cert stolen catfish hunter stolen. I had the card in my Ebay store for a few months and caught him. Called him out and he removed it. >>
That is wild.
I personally can't understand the logic of stealing certs but clearly someone has. That being said if you were going to do it why would the guy be stealing certs of PSA 8's?
Here is one.
