2012 Topps Chrome football Blue Wave refractors

Does anyone have any idea how many of these were printed? They were only available via 4 card packs with autograph redemptions, so I assumed the print run would be pretty low. However the prices they're going for don't really reflect this.

Is it just a lack of demand or are there more out there than I thought there were?

probably not a whole lot, there weren't a lot of redemptions in chrome to begin with.
