<< <i>With the top edge wear.....a 5 maybe generous. That could get a 4. >>
Its a nice card. Its going in a PSA 6 holder. Keep in mind that scan/magnification is really huge. I've notice some posters here drastically undergrade cards when they are well magnified because it shows flaws that can't be well seen by the naked eye. The bottom two corners really are an issue and so is the back.
That said, the buyer drastically over paid. Theres 3 sold PSA 7's that sold recently, 2 under $105. The third was a BIN at $175 and seems to be a very nice card. Theres a lot of PSA 6's sold and all sold at under $40 with one exception.
I do notice this a lot...that buyers seem to place WAY too much creedence in raw card grading by sellers and I think thats a mistake, even when its a well know seller who grades accurately. At minimum most of them do not consider centering and surface/ink marks. Either way, bidding on a raw card that sells for less as graded is just silly. I can only imagine that theres some buyers who are using SMR or Beckett as their guide rather than doing a search of completed auctions.

What do you see that makes you predict 5? Looks like a 7 to me.

I don't want to speak for the OP, but I think if you look at the back of the card lower right corner may be an issue for a PSA 7.

I'm only mentioning it at $137. Someone could buy much better graded 6's for less than half.
