Help explaining this PSA holder? fake?

I was going back over my purchases the past couple weeks, and I bought a PSA Fielder rookie in a PSA 10 but did a double take on the holder:

Not especially, I have many others holdered in regular PSA slabs...interesting, maybe this particular card was somehow too thick?
I have a couple of Clayton Kershaw cards that are in this holder. They are legit, I personally subbed the Museum Collection card. PSA informed me that their new holder will accommodate these type of cards so I'll be doing a re-holder most likely.

Are you thinking that the top border is chipped?? I think that is just the lighting in the photo.
