I know what you're thinking, punk. You're thinking "did he fire six shots or only five?" Now to tell you the truth I forgot myself in all this excitement. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and will blow you head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself a question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?

Well, it used to happen all the time. Planchets get mixed up all the time. They're left in the wrong bin, in the equipment, or just thrown in with other unstruck planchets.

The planchet bins have corner seams and are used for different denominations.

So although thought to be empty smaller diameter plachets get stuck and then knocked loose when the bin is used again.

Purely accidental as there's also SBA's on copper cent planchets.

So to blow your theory out of the water... Do you think someone could actually be so bored to to use that die to make more ugly smaller coins intentionally imageimage

I thought the same thing. Very artistic perspectives on both the obverse and reverse even if by accident.
