I purchased a coin on Sept. 19. I have not received it yet. I've contacted ebay and the seller. Not response yet. Today I notice that the coin that I purchased and have not received is now listed for $4 less than what I paid for it on a BIN. I got immediate good feedback from the seller. If I eventually get the coin should I ask for the $4.

have you initiated an item not received claim? do it with paypal, not ebay. paypal provides quicker results.

When I first started collecting, I bought a 1921-s Morgan. Paid $3.50 for "first class" shipping I believe. Ten days had gone by and still no coin. Contacted the seller and was told he had sent it and to give it a couple of days. Well, a few days later a regular letter type envelope arrived in the mail, half torn apart with only my Morgan in it and a shipping cost of 85 cents on the envelope. I was amazed the coin hadn't fallen out. He was madder than a hornet when I left him neg feedback. I told him if he would have used all the money I had paid for shipping, we wouldn't be in this spot. Never heard from him again.
