psa flips that just say the condition not a number

Came across a flip that just said nm, it did not post a number next to it and the cert number is 08000xxx, did psa have flips like that or is this a fake?(the cert checks out but just not sure if the flip is right)

Scanner dust remover will sometimes remove a letter or number if it was an eBay auction. Almost always removes the period in half grades.
