Storing sets in binders

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I wanted to get opinions on the best way to store cards in plastic sheets and binders. Is it better to store on the side or standing up? Thanks

I've always heard it's best to lay the binder flat on it's side.

You could do a Safe-T-Binder and lay the binder down on the side so the pages are suspended from the binder rings, alleviating pressure frome the side of cards.
