Set Registry Customer Service is awesome!!

I had a problem adding a card to one of my registry sets and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Set Reg customer service and spoke to Cosetta Robbins. She actually listened to me, spoke to me rationally and politely, and fixed the problem inside of 15 minutes. I've never had a better customer service experience in my life! Kudos!

Cosetta is awesome, as are Gayle and the rest of the set registry staff. Nothing but super friendly, polite and speedy communication with these gals.
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

Every time I've sent an email to them for help, I've had a prompt response. They are quick to help and make the site what it is. This is the BIGGEST plus to using the Registry! They deserve all of the recognition they are getting on this thread. Without their help, I doubt I'd use the registry at all.
    I collect Cal Ripken cards, T206, E95, E210, R319.
  • I agree with all the above! Awesome customer service...it breeds loyalty. Bad customer service...well I've not walked into a Sears since 1990 goes to show you how long a consumer can hold a grudge.

Just sent scans to have two cards removed from someone's inventory. Of the three business days allotted for processing such a request, they were removed after less than a half hour.

Can we get these gals running the government please?
