lib nick pcgs proof 69 equals pcgs lib nick proof 67 DCAM??

lib nick pcgs proof 70 equals pcgs lib nick proof 68 DCAM??
assuming same date

I believe you're correct in this. 1 point is deducted if a coin is not DCam , and 2 points are deducted if it's neither DCam nor Cam.

They are equal in the 20'th century type sets. I don't believe the proof Liberty Nickel set is weighted yet. So there a PR 67 and a PR 67 DCAM are equal.

While many types get a bonus for DCAM coins I think some Cam and DCAM coins deserve an even greater weight. I don't think PCGS wants to change weights on early proofs for another year or more as they haven't been giving out that designation for all that long.
