    Seems like many coins sold in the auction at reasonable prices....

    Perhaps they were reasonable prices because the coins were average?

    I really can't speak because I wasn't there. Just drawing a conclusion from the OP.

    Yeah average stuff in Heritage then you figure in buyer premium and shipping? $10 coin (there were some still there yesterday) becomes $24 with buyer's tax and $31 with shipping. It sucks. Wish they could figure out a better system for buyers.

    I thought the prices Thursday and Friday at Heritage were exceptionally low. I think their were a majority which didn't hit the estimate (mostly watching German States, Britain and France), and seemed to be quite a number that didn't make reserve.

    JCM, I was watching strictly Roman Imperial and Provincial so maybe my experience does not speak for all in the auction.
