<< <i>I'm on day 50 of a 7 day and a 45 day sub, I'd say they're backed up. >>
Seems like they are always backed up.
It was comprised of all 1977 Topps, though.

<< <i>I know this topic has been talked about to many times on the boards but how hard can it be for the LEADER in the industry to make there listed turnaround times. >>
Its not hard, they simply choose not to. If they suddenly decided, we will go FI/FO based on service level, they could. It might take 6 months to get ramped up and caught up once they start working on it, but it shouldn't be hard at all.

I would be calling on day 50 of a 7 day sub. I've never had an order that far past due.
Appreciate today-

I hope this is not true!
Looking to BUY n332 1889 SF Hess cards and high grade cards from 19th century especially. "Once you have wrestled everything else in life is easy" Dan Gable

Yeah, I'd be out of my effing mind if I was at Day 50 on a 7-day sub.
Getting ready to send out three subs myself (first ones in a few months) and I'll be interested to see how quickly they turn. Last year when people were complaining of super-long turnaround times, I was getting 45-day subs to turn in five to ten days. It was insane.
<< <i>My 7-day service order was logged 9/4; no pop yet through today 9/25 >>
No pop when I wrote the note above, but it finally came through complete later today.
Called one week ago today and was told by CS that it would be done by the end of the week... FAIL!
Called near the end of day last Thursday, was told everything was running a few days behind but nothing was wrong it was moving along... yet the week came to an end... NOTHING!
This has been going on for 2+ years now of less than stellar service delivery (unless of course you send in an all vintage sub, then that will pop in 2-3 weeks or less, regardless of service level)... when will this drop-off in the previously (pre-mid-2011) better-than-average service come to an end???
<< <i>Now on Day 49... still nothing

Seems like this happens with the "leaders" in grading no matter what is being graded. Whether CGC with comics, or the company that does toys, or the 2 or 3 top coin graders.
Once these companies have little or no competition let the tiers that are not expedited fall way behind, force most members to either pay extra to get a reasonable turnaround time or you might as well wait anywhere from 3 to 9 months to get the stuff back. Yet the people that are in the top 2% of subbing stuff with these companies still manage nice turnaround times. Crazy.
