Do you have to sign up for ebay bucks, like a program? Or do they accumulate for everyone after every single purchase?

Yes you do have to sign up for it, not sure though on how long it has been around.

Yeah all you have to do is sign up once and you get 2% back on everything you buy after a 3 month cycle and it does all the work for you when you want to spend it so really all you have to do is sign up and you're set.

I've got about $16 coming my way! Add that to a little cash I've made and ill have about $75 of what I call free money to spend.
I'm going to look for either a:
56 or 57 Wiliams
53 Topps, 56 Robinson
56 Aaron
53 Topps, 56, 57 Berra
This money will allow me to get a nicer copy than I would other wise been able to afford
