I made the mistake of buying one of these in poorer condition (I think it's a PR64 ... to be honest I don't remember because I haven't looked at it for ≈ two years). I grabbed it because at the time S.Africa was getting hot and I had always wanted one of these. And, at the time, it was fairly close to the top. But I was foolish. Now I would be lucky to get rid of it. I'll probably gift it to my kid when he's old enough to start collecting.

How is the SA market for specimen sets? I have a number from 1947 through 1961 I bought during the early 2000s coin bubble and would like to get an idea how much I've lost on my ledger.
