Is this 2007 silver Britannia a proof?

I think I picked this up at a coin show in a plastic capsule fairly cheaply, for like $30. I've compared it to other Britannias I have and think it might be a proof? I'm not that familiar with the Britannia series.

Sometimes we just need a little reminder of what an actual proof strike looks like. Especially in the darkside where there are so many variations in quality of proof strikes. Just remember the moderns and ultra-moderns (like 2007) are gonna have deep cameo and white frost-i-ness 99.999% of the time image
