Are 7-Day TAT member renewal orders as delayed as CC-specials?

Just wondering if everyone else is experiencing the same delay in processing as I am w/ membership renewal orders subbed to PSA.
It has been basically standard that anything I send in under a monthly CC special takes about twice as long as estimated (i.e., 45-day estimated service actually takes 90 days) for so long now that I've just come to expect that that is the true timing from now on. However, I was hoping that 7-day service would still be 7-day service since it wasn't a bargain special like the others. Apparently not, as I'm at business day 13 (not including the weekends) on the 7-day and it's not popped yet. Oh well, nothing to do but wait.
