2012 High Relief Kook. Good doubling or bad doubling??

Hi. Bought this coin a while back and noticed some doubling in the lettering on the obverse side. You can see it to the right side of the letters and also on the little nubbin (lower left corner). I know there is "good doubling" and "bad doubling", or mechanical doubling. Is this the good, the bad or just plain ugly?

It's probably hub doubling. I would assume that there would be no premium for that, but I could be wrong.

It is a little hard to see given the highly reflective surface. Can't hardly even look at it under my loupe with the led lights on. Was temporarily blinded. ha ha. In the top pic, if you look at the little nubbin to the left, you can see it on the right side of the nubbin and then to the right side of all the letters in the top pic. Yeah, not sure if it's the good doubling but given the limited mintage, figured it might be worth a little more maybe. Maybe..? ha ha
