Would an all Tall Boys set work again? In any sport?

I know that Topps did it as an insert with Archives, but in looking at one of the original sets 1965 Topps Football I think these could work as a standalone product.

    They did it for Hockey. I think it was by Fleer in 1993 or 1994.

    It was also done for football, I think it was called Gameday. I did not care for them with the high gloss and big color. It would need to be a retro look on some older stock.
