1922 10 Pfenning Doubled Die - Common?

Found this coin today among a group of foreign coins and noted the dramatic doubled die. I am not a foreign collector so my knowledge is limited but I do collect US coin varieties. Is this a well known variety? Is it common?

it is certainly NOT common.

Per YQQ's suggestion, I emailed Guy Franquinett and he responded that he had one in his inventory about 10 years ago and sold it. So it is the real deal and apparently quite rare.
