No more vouchers for miscuts & min. size

Just got off the phone inquiring about vouchers that were suppose to be coming to me since it was getting close to a month since last poppage.
Was told that their policy has changed a couple months ago because it's too much work for them, and they will now just credit your account or issue you a check.
No biggie, but I think it would of been helpful if it was posted or announced unless I missed it.

So I had a Renewal Voucher Sub this past July that yielded (1) card that came back N8 Miscut. In the past, a voucher was issued for an N8 Miscut, but now the Grading Standards Page says "You will not be charged the grading fee".

So far I have not received a voucher, and I don't see a credit on my account (bank account or PSA account). I wonder what I should do in order to obtain that credit.
  • i would call up and say "May I please have my credit or this puppy gets it!" and see if that would work.

I had an MSR in my last order. I didn't get a separate credit; they subtracted the grading fee for that card before submitting the charge for the order. Compare the number on your copy of the order to what you were actually charged, and you might see the difference.

    (edited for grammar)

Don't hold your breath. I had a credit balance of $100 from 2009, figured like every other company I'd get a check in 90 days. Finally requested it in June, and I'm still waiting.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

Mine was a 15-card renewal voucher, so I was only charged shipping. I checked what was drawn from my bank and it was the same amount as was on my submission sheet. I don't see anywhere under "Your Account" where a credit would be listed.

I had two minsize cards on my recent 15-card renewal. I emailed asking about a voucher and they said I would have a credit for the two cards on my account. It said I should check "other" and write in CC Renewal credit. That's fine, but presumably this has to be it's own submission with it's own shipping. It doesn't really help much if they have to have their separate $18 shipping.

    This should work!

The separate shipping charge does stink. They need to fix that.

In the past, you could include the voucher in with your regular submission. I'm guessing it still works that way.

I may just try that. Worst case is they call and tell me I owe them more money.

I have accidentally collected old vouchers. I must have twenty of them from all kinds of submissions over the years. My last significant submission was over five years ago, and I still have them. Maybe if I return them they will issue me a refund now?
Maybe I can figure out a way to turn ear wax into pure gold too.
