Wax Pack Grading Question

What is the max grade you can receive on a wax pack that has a hole punched clearly from gum?

    8 is best case scenario, but if hole is noticeable, you are likely looking at a 7.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
