Which business would you recommend to sell bullion to?

I would like to sell a large-ish (several oz worth) gold bar. Who would you recommend I go to for this? Normally I would go to my trusted local dealer, but the amount here is enough to warrant looking around.

    I would give it a try either here or on the BST forum. Peolple usually pay a little premium.
    Otherwise you can try Apmex or Provident, they pay spot or something more and buy big quantities. (read: one shipping charge)

    Can I ask why bars you have? All 1 oz or fractionals as well?

    Can you provide us with a good pic of this gold bar? You may get some serious offers from established forum members here.

    I haven't seen anything that big selling on the forum. Granted, I'm not here very often these days. I'm also not certain what payment to accept in a case like that - bank check I suppose...
