Question about centering

Any thoughts about top to bottom centering on this card , it got a raw 9 - but would it be the same under PSA ? Thanks for any opinions.

    The bottom right bottom looks like it's cut a bit at an angle. It might just be the way it's sitting...

    I don't see a centering problem for a 9. If you can put it on a scanner, I can measure it for you. Angle of cut seems strange on the bottom corners, not sure if this is real or just camera lens distortion.
