81 baseball rack pack question

Does this look fishy: 81 Rookies

I've noticed several racks from bruingirl with players in the wrong cell. Shouldn't the Raines be in the middle cell in this rack.

Noticed some football racks out of cell range with puckhd97 as well. Should Payton be in the cell nearest the header?

    After looking a bit further, there are multiple racks with cards in wrong sections.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    Yes good eye, pretty much all they are selling I would stay away from. I was intrigued by the Ripken rack having never seen a Ripken and Hrbek showing rack..... But upon further research it's because they should be in the same rack position.
